I love bikes, but with two front tires like that I think it should have a wheel instead of bars. Bars are fine on a bike because most of your turning is actually leaning, not moving the bars.
That said, I think it's pretty cool

It's a car. To be classified as a bike it needs fewer than 4 wheels. Technically it's an open air roadster since it has no roof.
A Reliant Robin is more of a bike than that is. Espeacially since it can be driven with nothing but a motorcycle license.

I saw a little roadster this weekend looked just like that IF you put a body on it Couldnt rubberneck enough to really see it. Had me guessing all the way home Looking at that image was like dejavu
