I belive crovos, starting from the back forward, are 20,35, then 50%. I had 20% all around on my old wag, loved it, but was veryyy dark. MA state allows 35%

Yeah, the guy at the tint placed stressed that MA is 35% but said I can go as dark as I want. but since this car will probably become a body hauler at work, I want to go darker. I was thinking like 20-25% on the passenger doors and back windows and like 35 on the two front side windows

The cops get nervous about the front door windows and the rear windshield. The rest of the glass they don't seem to mind as much. At least in my neck of the woods anyway. Can't blame them with the number of folks who shoot at them during routine traffic stops.

One thing I learned from my cop friends that they appreciate. If you get pulled over, just roll all the windows down so they can see in the car on all sides.

It looks suspicious rolling down all the windows when they're all crank windows and it's a big car Laughing

When there are dead bodies rolling around in the back everyone will appreciate as much tint as possible. Also make sure the a/c works during all these heat waves or you'll have the windows rolled down permanently anyway Laughing

Yup, Paulie's got it right. 20%, 35%, 50%. Smile

Use Tint King in Billerica. They rock. VERY happy with them. They've done 4 of my cars.

Yeah my friend got an estimate for his Subaru there, it was expensive as hell. I'm going to a place a buddy had his done. They did a great job. Plus only $165 for the car. Thou I have a feeling he quoted a sedan and not a wagon... Laughing

You can not go any darker than 35% on the front two windows in mass. The rest you can paint black if you want. scratch So keep that in mind.

Here is 35% all around on my old 9c1

Billy, do you have pics of ANY of your past cars without for sale signs in the windows???? Wink

And Justin, I think my wagons were like $250 there. VERY reasonable.

We dropped my buddy's Subaru off this morning. He's getting 35% on the two front windows and 20% the rest of the way around. I think I'm going to go with that. 35% is pretty dark already. I really would have liked it to be the same all around to match, but i'd rather have the car at least sorta legal Laughing
