PostSubject: spark plug boot heat shields   Mon Jun 14, 2010 7:08 pm

hey guys,

i was wondering if anyone has some spark plug boot heat shields -- all the j-yards around here have no LT1's at all (either picked clean, or no cars around). I lost most of my heat shields during my engine conversion project -- the rams horn manifolds i'm using run a bit close to the spark plug wires as is -- it'd be nice to keep them free from heat.

if anyone has 8 of these guys lying around, let me know!

thanks,

Tyler

You only need three. one on the pass side, two on the drivers side to protect from the down pipe off the manifolds.
