Looking for an unprogrammed 96 impala ss/caprice PCM out there -- California smog nazi's won't let my conversion project pass! If it has been programmed, it needs to still have the MAF, EGR and other emissions nonsense in place. VATS being programmed out, or a regular tune won't fail me.

any help would be most appreciated -- also, if anyone wants to trade for either a 94 caprice PCM or a 95 Impala PCM (partial or full) -- i have that as a possibility as well...
