| They did not come with one but they are available from aftermarket companies. | |

No. Expect to pay $350-450 for one. Might find one used. |

| Inland Empire, Dynotech, and Denny's come to mind. I have an IE in my Impala. I think Bobby said he's had good luck with Denny's. | |

| As a mechanic this has never made sense to me:
"•Strong & reliable high mileage solid body, non greaseable and maintenance free "
I believe that any moving part should be greasable and that no moving part on a vehicle is maintenance free. | |
