If you right click on the pic in your hard drive and open it with a photo editing program like "microsoft office picture manager" then you can edit and resize. Then just save it with a new name and post it up. Or you can do the same thing with photobucket and other upload sites, but each site handles it slightly differently.

I tried thru photobucket but the image quality went south.
Last time I posted thumbnails, Crovo mentioned some other ways,
I just need to search & take the time to get results.

As size increases resolution goes down. That's why people like high-res cameras because you can blow up the pic without losing the details. I just do trial and error. I'll resize it until the quality gets too grainy and then I start over and resize to just below that grainy level. Sometimes it's the best option Rolling Eyes
