 Heater core clogged?

PostSubject: Heater core clogged?   Thu Feb 18, 2010 6:51 pm

Is it my heater core clogged? Add coolant light keeps coming on sk I add. Then it comes on again. There are no leaks outside so I felt the passenger side carpet and it is WET!!!!

Do you have an anti-freeze sweet smell inside the car? When you turn on your defrost, do your windows steam up? Are you loosing fluid?

If your loosing fluid + your floor is wet = heater core probably needs replacing.
