LOL Let me know if you think this white boxy bears a stronger resemblance. I have never heard of Lethal Enforcers, but that image you sent is absolutely an 88-90 LS Bro-Ham! Also, my avatar image is a view from under the gas tank of this car. It's not stock anymore, but the burgundy LS is bone stock & has never seen rain or snow in it's 31,000 mile life.

| Wow, I'm curious as to what the rest of the car looks like now... Lethal Enforcers was an arcade game where you basically...uh...shot people. I remember we had rented it for Sega a billion times (I think), and if you rented the game from Blockbuster or something like that, you could get these red and blue plastic guns to fire at your TV screen that somehow worked via shooting a laser beam at the pixels on your TV or something...it was awesome! | What's wrong with my emblem? I took off the caprice classic emblem and put this one on there instead. For the record, I let out all the air in my shocks. It's at the minimum of 25psi. | |

Not a fan of big wheels but i think those make that wagon. Thanks for the recognition to the boxy-rebellion. Bubble lovers have to admit that the quality of the boxy interior was a measure better, but unfortunately also heavier. After owning several 88-90 LS Bro-Hams as well as 9C1s, when I first sat in my 96 9C1, I could not beleive how much flimsy plastic abounded. I have to admit that while comparing to the box 9C1, both left bone stock, the 96 is smoother, handles at least equally & is definitely faster. Most of the car guys I know call my 88 LSB "the great white whale"! That wagon is really nice, gorgeous actually, and the wheels don't ruin it aesthetically for me because, although its not my taste, I can at least appreciate when someone does do their version of beauty very well. But usually, I only like big wheels when it is obvious that it was the ONLY way they were going to clear the massive brake calipers. Also, the design elements in a wheel should at least appear to serve some performance and/or strength purpose. I just think its ridiculous when the wheels are so big (large by huge) that you can't even drive as fast as you can walk, and going into your driveway or turning the steering wheel more than one degree, Fuh-geddah-bow-dit. To spend a bunch of money on rims & tires, to me, the car had better go faster, accelerate more quickly, turn with more latteral grip and agility and must also stop in a shorter distance.

| My wagon attracts a mixed bag of nuts, either you like it or you don't. On all of my previous wagons I had always put the SS whels on it. To me that big arssss looked like it was sitting on training wheel. so this time i guess i went over board but, i enjoy all the comments that i get whether it's good or bad. My favorite opinion came from an older man " that is the ugliest damn thing I have ever seen, but I have to say i love it". As for speed and performance, it has it's ups and downs. You will still see me doing 100 on the highway, and flying into corners on back roads and plowing over pot holes. I did loose the last 1/8 of the turn on each side wheel cause it will rub when going forward. But I do appreciate all comments, different strokes for different folks and mine will soon be so I can go faster in a straight line | |

The acceleration is slowed moderatly, they are 22's, some times i wish i went for 20's but too late now. Maybe spring time will bring a change, and bring on the razzing !!!!!! That looks awesome! Are those wheels 15 x 7s? You might leave the hubcaps off, paint the rear axle flange and front grease cap satin black then use closed black chrome lugnuts. I wonder how the Bassett Inertia advantage wheel . . http://www.bassettwheel.com/1510_inertia.html . . in black would look, 15 x 10 out back with 285 60/15s and 15 x 8.0 up front with 255 60/15s. Those wheels are really nice, 5 on 5" B/C, but remember to use 45 deg conical seat lugnuts because 60 deg seats (normal) will not be correct. I wonder what the largest tire is for the front and the back of a wagon, because for my sedans, boxes and bubs, the limits indicate an option of staggered fitment. Rear boxy= 12.0 w x 30.5 tall if the knife-like wheel house inner lip is folded straight up, front boxy its a little trickier because you can go very tall if the tire is narrower and away from the rather rounded wheel house and outer lip, like 29.0 x 9., but if you like wide front tires like I do, you are limited by the loss of turning radius from the tire's inboard sidewall hitting the sway bar (if you also keep enough back-spacing to avoid hitting the top of the wheel lip), so I estimate 275 50/18 is about the limit. I measured my 96 and if I use adjustable rear control arms, I can fill a 12.5 x 30.0 wheel well with what ever I dare, as long as my body bushings and rear control arm bushings are tight so as to limit movement. So what is the biggest tire that fits into the rear wagon well that doesn't rub while driving over bumps and leaned over hard turns? If you check out my white 88 LSB, you can see I have 285 60/16 tires on 16 x 11 wheels in back so it required that I install 4.56:1 rear gears. That keeps the acceleration nice and snappy. I know that may sound radical to a few people, but it is correct on my car while running a rear tire of that rolling diameter.
