| Like it took a lot of arm twisting. I thought you liked Firebirds. Check out what 5% is rusted. Most likely at the bottom of the A pillar. You should be able to see it behind the fender. You'll need a new instrument cluster with a LT1. Maybe it was 90 that they went electronic. Here's another : http://nh.craigslist.org/cto/1535860689.html and: http://nh.craigslist.org/cto/1535985404.html or: http://boston.craigslist.org/nwb/cto/1539044114.html Last but not least, bizarro big ugly: http://boston.craigslist.org/gbs/cto/1537695487.html |

werd. I came about $50 short of buying a Chevette in High School to drop a small block in. As cool as it would have been, I'm glad I didn't do it. It would have been a lot of work, but a lot more money

Tbi headers should bolt up to an LT1. The LT1 is D-port shaped and the headers are ovals, but it works. I have headers made for a 3rd gen on the LT1 in my Camaro. The stock manifolds would have bolted up as well. |

| I would prefer to use the stock camaro manifolds, but they wont fit because they will hit the s10 steering shaft. I guess I would use the headers I have if they will work. Sorry to go off topic here. Maybe Ill start a new thread in a more appropriate spot. |
