Is it worth buying a K & N Cold air intake , would i feeel the difference? or should I can jus get a regular ol one

For the money there are better cold air intakes. The one I have sells for $275 and I found mine and a couple others used for $175.

Any intake will help performance, but only a few come close to the bs numbers they claim. The raisse intake is another good one for out cars.
The LT1 likes having the MAF close to the throttle body, and a nice straight path. The K&N system puts the filter out to the stock location, and keeps the MAF away from the T/B, and the air still needs to take a tight turn. The Ramit system has a long sweeping elbow, and the intake opening sits under the bumper and sucks in cold fresh air. Laughing

the ramairess is what i have on my roadie. and that elbow is what im sending out to have chromed. it was black new .but paint came off quick. so i stripped it and sent to mms stainlees to have polished. and it came back perfect. but im right on the ocean and winter wasnt good for it.
