| I did some work that day. I helped Rich fix his window. Then I tried to help by staying out of the way. Oh yeah, I also undid the bumper bolts in a backwards sort of way. But mostly I watched Billy work and enjoyed a lovely lunch | |

| Sitting around today trying to get motivated to climb back underneath the beast. Stripping rust and painting !!!!! As nasty a job as you'll ever want to do on a car. I got thinking about how much i've spent on the beast. Probably a bad idea once i got thinking about it. I could have bought a new car. Wall #1=Maybe $4-500 Wall and shelf #2 $4-500 Wall #3 $7-800 Corner/wall #4 $13-1400 Not the best picture but you get the idea and I've still need to spend at least another 1500 or so before i'm done. | |

| Got in a couple of good days of work. Getting the front end reassembled for flatbed to Glenns for Body removal/sandblasting' Got a couple more holes welded underbody.Started a not too small fire. Melted my heater core box. Managed to change front lower A arm bushings.Cut out with sawzall. pressed in with balljoint press. Got the springs in What a nightmare. You really gotta wind the compressor in tight. It's nice to actually start putting something back together. Feels like I might actually get to drive it this year, Here's a couple of pictures. You guys will really like the last one. It was late sunday night and thought i'd get a start mounting a arms. Was a tight fit for some reason. Live and Learn | |

| Yea to my house, wooohooo!!! Lol. Thinking now we r going to sandblast and paint the frame, then the body, and install the motor and tranny b 4 we set the body back on the frame. It will be much simpler doing it here than in marks small garage. I have the lift, cranes, backhoe, air. Should be a blast! (rolling eyes) | |

| Body's off. I found a place in Cali that has an acid dip tank big enough for a frame. Shipping it out next week. Kudos to Glenn He had the body off minutes after we started. Would have gone quicker if we/I had removed the last 2 body mounts . Sorry for the lousy pics.I forgot to charge my camera Batteries and only got a few. Frame looks good no major rust. Body mounts are rough. GUESS WHO.Notice the Salute !!!!!!! | |

| F'in body bolts can't belive we missed them. Now comes the hard part, hours sandblasting. Then to the paint booth. If the rest of the frame looks 1/4 as good as the front when mark gets done I mite steal it from him and use it on my car..... | |

Which 2 mounts were hiding? So, what was required? Give us the steps before you forget Drop gas tank? disconnect lines? Brake lines? Inquiring minds want to know Is that the guest house there, behind the frame? Yuor residence for the next couple of weeks? Lastly, if you pissed Glen off, and he pushed your frame down that hill, how far would it roll?

What do you mean? You must be mis-interpreting something because there is no difference in suspension other than spring rates and shock rebounds.

| If I ever hit the Powerball. I'd do that to my wagon, full body off frame resto. Yes, I have that much of an attachment to my wagon. . Not to mention the fact, all the while searching for an incredably low miles RMW. | |

| Do you have any photos of the frame where the C channel meets the boxed sections?
I'd put that third rear brake line in before you drop the body back on.
On second thought I'd move the hard rear brake out past the frame.
